The Indonesian Journal of Impactful Community Service (IJICoS) applies a rigorous Double-Blind Peer Review process to ensure the quality, originality, and scientific contribution of every manuscript submitted. Throughout the review process, the identities of both authors and reviewers remain strictly confidential to guarantee fairness, impartiality, and academic integrity.
Peer Review Workflow

| 1 | Initial Editorial Evaluation The Editor conducts an initial screening to verify that the manuscript complies with the journal's author guidelines, publication ethics, formatting requirements, and journal scope. Manuscripts that fail to meet these requirements may be rejected without external review. |
| 2 | Reviewer Assignment Manuscripts passing the editorial screening are assigned to at least two independent reviewers with expertise relevant to the manuscript's subject area. |
| 3 | Double-Blind Review Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on originality, methodology, scientific contribution, clarity, ethical compliance, and relevance. Both authors and reviewers remain anonymous throughout the process. |
| 4 | Review Duration The peer-review process generally takes approximately three weeks after reviewers have accepted the review invitation. |
| 5 | Author Revision Authors receive reviewers' comments and recommendations. When revisions are requested, authors are encouraged to revise the manuscript carefully and resubmit it within the specified deadline. |

Methodology
The methods are appropriate, systematic, and clearly explained.
Impact
The activity demonstrates measurable benefits for communities and stakeholders.
Presentation
The manuscript is clearly written, logically organized, and follows the journal format.
Confidentiality and Ethics
All manuscripts submitted to IJICoS are treated as confidential documents. Reviewers must not disclose, distribute, or use unpublished materials for personal advantage. Editors and reviewers are required to comply with the ethical standards recommended by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and maintain objectivity, confidentiality, and integrity throughout the review process.
