Digital Archiving Policy
The Indonesian Journal of Impactful Community Service (IJICoS) is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation, accessibility, and availability of all published scholarly content. To guarantee permanent access to the scholarly record, the journal utilizes the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN), a trusted digital preservation service developed by the Public Knowledge Project (PKP).
The PKP Preservation Network provides secure and distributed preservation of journal content using the LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) preservation framework. This service ensures that published articles remain permanently accessible even in the event that the journal website becomes unavailable.
IJICoS is managed using Open Journal Systems (OJS), an open-source journal management and publishing platform developed and maintained by the Public Knowledge Project under the GNU General Public License (GPL).

Repository Policy
IJICoS encourages authors to maximize the dissemination and impact of their research by allowing the self-archiving of all versions of their manuscripts in personal websites, institutional repositories, non-commercial subject repositories, and academic networking platforms, provided that appropriate citation to the published article is included.
Authors are encouraged to reference the final published Version of Record by including the article DOI and a link to the journal website whenever available.

Author Responsibilities
- Include the complete citation of the published article whenever the work is deposited in a repository.
- Provide the Digital Object Identifier (DOI) when available.
- Link readers to the official Version of Record published by IJICoS.
